The RS Power Slasher has been especially developed for many arduous tasks, like slashing fallow land, tall and tough grasses like spear grass, maize, sorghum, rice and other stubbles.

It is versatile and is also a perfect tool for general landscape maintenance like the maintenance of hard shoulders of roads, airfields, golf links, recreation grounds, playing fields and the like. The state-of-the-art flails allow shredding of wood up to diameters of 4 cm. Stones and other obstacles can’t damage as the machine and the gearbox are protected from overload by the V-belts of the PTO drive shaft. Worn out flails can be easily replaced at very low cost with just one spanner. The working width of 120 cm combined with a forward speed of about 2 km per hour allows perfect shredding of even the most dense bush while a the same time the operator can comfortably handle the machine.

The implement is securely fixed to the Universal Quick Release Hitch Point of the RS Thai Tractor by 2 steel pins. Disconnecting takes only a couple of minutes and there are no tools required. A piece of cake even for people who are not mechanics. Due to its solid construction, the RS Power Slasher requires only minimal maintenance. The flexible transmission by V-bels and gearbox with spiral bevel gears ensure in conjunction with a well-balanced rotor shaft quiet and vibration-free running.

The cutting height can be easily adjusted by the depth control roller. The operator is protected against flying objects by a robust hood around the flails.

As an option a special bull-bar which is mounted on the front of the RS Thai Tractor is available for situations where very tall standing grasses like spear grass need to be pushed down.
